A former Republican county council candidate, Rick Lacey, yesterday endorsed Democrat David Landau for one of the three open seats on Delaware County council.
"Halloween is over. It's time to pull the mask off of the phony campaigns," Lacey said. "On Tuesday, I'm voting for David Landau."
